If chores put off until the last minute, the person is thought of being lazy.
Pulling all-nighters and putting crappy food in our bodies may not be a big deal in the short-term, but over the long haul it results in serious health conditions such as diabetes or heart disease.
Not to mention the loss in energy, productivity, vitality, longevity, and so on!
