That's nonsense; in fact, the opposite is true. Servant leadership does not exist outside of God and it is therefore centered in a biblical context and founded upon biblical principles.

Servant leadership has as its mission world-wide evangelism and discipleship making and as its end glorifying Jesus Christ.
